Swarming Technologies & Solutions has the capability to develop Artificial Intelligence modules to either assist the operator in specific tasks, or to autonomously modify the swarm’s behavior in order to contemplate new targets. To minimize delays or communication failures, these modules must be able to be executed on board each autonomous vehicle.
Our main AI module is the automatic in-flight detector. It is able to automatically detect relevant targets (cars, people, ships, infrastructures…) in different conditions (perspectives, luminosity, heights…), to georeference them and to automatically track them. This module is executed on board of vehicles with small processors (with limited processing performance), so it uses lightweight and fast processing models. It is also able to use thermal and hyperspectral cameras as well as other sensors to maximize operational output.
